Thurman Levingston Services are pending for Thurman Levingston, 67, Ada, with Criswell Funeral Home. Mr. Levingston died Feb. 15, 2002, at a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Bettie Levingston, of the home; a daughter, Melody Guthrie, San Antonio, Texas; a son, Dewayne Levingston, Bakersfield, Calif.; and a grandson.
