ALMA ELVIRA JENKINS

Alma Elvira Jenkins was born February 11, 1869 - probably in Calhoun Co., Mississippi. She was the daughter on Jonathan Leroy Jenkins and Sarah Louesa Dickson. Alma died August 30, 1938 in LeFlore, Oklahoma.

Alma married (1) Hamilton Chesterfield Peden. Alma and Hamilton had three children:

Alma married (2) Benjamin Sawyer Ragland about 1896 in Mississippi. Benjamin was born about 1853 in Lafayette Co., Mississippi and died about 1930 in LeFlore Co., Oklahoma. Benjamin was the son of Harrison J. Ragland and Mary Ann Stewart.
