BENJAMIN NASH
Benjamin Nash was born about 1809 in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. He was the son of Thomas Nash and Anna Goins. Benjamin died February 25, 1888 and is buried in the Nash Cemetery, North Zulch, Madison Co., TX.

There has been a lot of speculation over the years as to Indian blood in this family. It is believed that perhaps the Indian blood came from Benjamin's mother, Anna Goins.
