WILLIAM FRANK SMITH

William Frank Smith Was born February 22, 1857 in Harris Co., Georgia. He was the son of John G. Smith and Mary Jane Mullins. William Frank Smith died April 8, 1910 and is buried in the Antioch Cemetery in Harris Co., Georgia.

Between the years 1875-1878 William Frank went to Cass Co., Texas by covered wagon with two of his brothers, Owen  and ___________. It is believed that he married an Indian woman by the name of Sanky on this trip. Where they married or what became of this wife is unknown. William Frank returned to Georgia.

William Frank married Elizabeth Ann "Lizzie D." Graddic in 1886. She was the daughter of John Porter Graddic and Ann Lynch. "Lizzie" was born September 4, 1860 and died August 28, 1916. She is buried in the Antioch Cemetery in Harris Co., Georgia.
